Eat Clean Bro has changed my diet habits to be safer and healthier. After 2 months of taking it, I feel more comfortable with this eating pattern. I can still eat good food without the fear of accumulating excess calories. Their staff were also incredible since they convinced me well about the plan and explained everything I asked clearly.
The portions are not too much, and all the food is delivered fresh. I can't resist eating it straight away 😁. Unfortunately, Eat Clean Bro doesn't provide more vegan-friendly menus. I also want my sister to subscribe to the meal plan since she's been a vegan for a year.
